Fresh Express Station

The Fresh Express takes the best of our traditional salad bar and kicks it up a notch. Choose from a selection of hot and fresh menu items like curry bowls, burgers and more.

Grab-and-go options

In a rush? Pick up a fresh grab-and-go wrap, sandwich, salads or snack. We are now offering premade frozen meals perfect for enjoying in residency or bringing home for a quick and easy meal.

Meet the chef

Habitat's executive chef, Daniele Mereu, creates a vibrant culinary experience by combining fresh, seasonal ingredients with global flavors. Using produce like zucchini, squash and tomatoes grown at the farm on campus, his dishes offer a true taste of sustainability and creativity.

Holiday Hours

Habitat will offer grab and go items Dec. 23 and 24, closing at noon Dec. 24 for the holidays. It will re-open for regular service Friday, Jan. 3, closing at 5 p.m., returning to regular hours of operation (7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.) Jan. 6.
